What happens next

  1. We reply. With any questions we need answered before a visit is useful.
  2. We walk the property. Contents, access, parking, and for a condominium, the house rules.
  3. You get it in writing. The rate, the scope, the schedule, the settlement terms, and the plan for anything unsold.

Before you write

Please do not clear anything out first. Costume jewelry, older kitchenware, tools, craft supplies and the contents of paperwork drawers routinely carry real value. Take out what is personal, private or legally sensitive, and leave the rest.

What we do not need yet

  • A sorted, cleaned or cleared house
  • Agreement from every family member

If the estate is on a neighbor island

Our standard service area is Oʻahu. Neighbor island service may be available by special quote. Contact us to discuss your property. Travel changes what a sale costs to run, so tell us which island you are on and we will be straight about whether an on-site sale is the right route.
