What we collect
Through the consultation form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the location of the property, the type of property, your timeframe, the kind of help you need, and whatever you write in the description field.
Automatically: our host records standard technical information with each request: IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and the referring page. This is used to operate the site, and to detect and block automated abuse of the form.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, account numbers, identification numbers, or medical information through this form.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, arrange a walkthrough, and prepare a written scope. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
We intend to use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people reach us. Where an analytics tool is in use, it is disclosed here with what it collects. At the time of this version, no analytics tag is installed on the site and no third-party requests are made from these pages.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where we go on to work together, for as long as required for the engagement and any legal or accounting obligations that follow it. Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer useful.
Who can see it
People working for us who need it to respond to you, and the service providers that host this site and deliver our email. Those providers process it on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form and say that is what you want, and we will action it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server. No recipient email address or credential is exposed in the pages of this website.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
Pending business details. This notice will name the legal entity responsible for your information, and a postal contact route, once those are confirmed. Until then, requests made through the contact form reach the same people.
